My body butter melted. What now?

Place the body butter in the refrigerator or freezer until it's no longer melted and stir if it's fully melted. There's a possibility that it will not have the same pattern or whip consistency as when it was shipped out.

Body butters may deflate or melt during shipping due to warm climates but it does not alter the functionality of the product, therefore, we do not offer reshipments or refunds. Placing your order means you read, understood and checked our terms and condition + disclaimer box at checkout. 

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-7 business days for processing time. Our timeline of 1-7 days does not include weekends or holidays and includes processing time not shipping and delivery.


Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been shipped. If you have any issue, please email us at info@committedtomoisture.com.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty before it ships. After an order is shipped, the package has left our facility and we are unable to cancel the order.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@committedtomoisture.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one prior to shipping and within 24 hours. If address ships to the incorrect address, contact the carrier delivering your order. Once items shipped, all sales are final and we do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons.

Will I receive my order on the processing timeline? How long does shipping take?
Processing time, is the amount of days it takes to package orders. Our current processing time is 1-10 business days. The next step is shipping which is how long it takes for the carrier to deliver your order.
