Shipping Policy

If any information on your order is incorrect and it has not shipped yet, please respond to your confirmation email at your earliest convenience with the proper information.

If your order is returned due to incorrect address, you are responsible for any further shipping charges.

Our goal is to ship orders efficiently so it can get to your door in a timely manner! Processing times are 1-7 business days excluding weekend and or holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped after the 1-7 business days.

Body butters may melt during shipping due to warm climates but it does not alter the functionality of the product, therefore, we do not offer reshipments. Please feel free to place your product in the refrigerator, let it cool and use as is.

If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact the carrier that delivered your products and file a claim with their assistance. We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered. We are responsible for any orders before they reach the post office. Please feel free to email us for any questions or assistance as we would be more than happy to assist.

We recommend tracking your order near the delivery time and date to ensure that you receive your package.

 

 

For International/Canada Orders: 

If there are any additional customs fees due when a package reaches its destination, you will be responsible for fees at the time of delivery. We can not guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties as it is charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
